*Cancellation fees willbe charged for both the admission fee and any set menu charges (ingredients).
*The cancellation policy for groups (of 25 people or more) applies if the reservation is cancelled or if the number of people is reduced by 20% or more.
(Example) If change from 100 to 80 people 14 days prior to the date of use ⇒Cancellation fee is 20 persons × 20%
*From 2 days before, the cancellation fee will be applied to any reduction of the number of people, from one person reductions.

Can I bring a pet?
A.Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises.

A.Because our BBQ facilities are all-weather facilities, we will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy even in the event of cancellation due to bad weather.

A.You can use a food and beverage delivery company. However, we cannot keep items for you before your arrival. Please ensure that you receive the items yourself on the day of use.

Can we have a BBQ if it rains?
A.Our BBQ area is an all-weather facility. You can enjoy BBQ comfortably, even in rainy weather. When moving about the facility, there are some areas that do not have a roof, so we recommend that you bring rain equipment such as an umbrella.

A.It is not possible for people to pay individually, or to split the payment of the charges. The representative should make a lump sum payment.

A.Equipment rented from our shop does not need to be cleaned when returned.
