    Does the floor material differ between different floor levels?

    The flooring material differs between wooden flooring, carpet, and bricks, depending on the floor of the building.

    We do not have a laundry service, but we have a coin-laundry space on the third floor of the main building.(Includes 3 washing machines and 3 dryers/washing machines cost 300 yen per cycle, including detergent/Dryers cost 100 yen per cycle)

    Is there a hot spring or a large public bath?

    A.

    There is a large public bath on the third floor of the main building. It does not contain hot spring water. The fee for the bath is included in the room rate for guests staying overnight. For users of other facilities at the hotel, the bath can be used with the following charges.
    Bathing fee: 700 yen for adults (junior high school students and older), 400 yen for children (from 3 years old to completion of elementary school), towel included
    *Mixed gender bathing by children is only possible for pre-school children (up to 6 years old).

    We provide room wear (a shirt gown, adult size, free size only). There is none provided for children, so the customer should prepare this.

    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    A.

    Reservations begin from the 1st day of the month six months before. Reservations are accepted between 9:00 and 21:00. (Open every day of the year) Reservations for groups of more than 50 people are possible from the 1st of the month one year in advance. For group reservations, please make an inquiry from the inquiry form.

    When does the cancellation fee start to apply?

    A cancellation fee is charged from the day before. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. [Cancellation the day before: 20%, on the day: 80%, no-show: 100%]

    How much does it cost for a child to stay?

    We do not have fees for children. For children who are of elementary-school-age or older, the cost to stay is the same as for adults. Additionally, children under elementary-school age can stay for free if they will be sleeping with an adult. (Up to one child per adult)

    There is a flat parking lot with spaces for 180 cars. Please note that parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we do not accept reservations.

    For guests staying overnight, the fee is 1,500 yen per vehicle per day.
    (You can go in and out as many times as you like from 15:00 on the day of your stay to 11:00 on the day of your departure.)

    Is it possible for minors to stay without an adult?

    A.

    If none of the guests have reached the March 31st after their 18th birthday, we ask that the people with parental authority submit a letter of consent. Please either bring the letter on the day of your stay, or send the following consent form by postal mail or fax. One letter of consent is required for each guest. The consent form is here
